PackFellow reserves the right to modify this website and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review these Terms of Use whenever you access this website.

Order cancellation

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate such situations. If you anticipate changes in your circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible. The possibility of a refund depends on the progress of your order. If work on your order has not commenced, you are eligible for a full refund (subject to the terms below).

PackFellow will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders may be cancelable at different production stages, but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you about any applicable cancellation charges.

  • Stage# 1: Orders placed online.
  • Stage# 2: Orders processed in our design department.
  • Stage# 3: Orders sent to press.
  • Stage# 4: Orders shipped by the shipping firm.

Orders can be canceled soon after payment and are cancelable before stage 1. Cancellations in stage 1 incur a 25% charge of the total amount to cover payment processing and bank fees. Cancellations in stage 2 will result in a minimum 50% deduction of the total order amount as cancellation fees for our design department. Orders in stage 3 might still be canceled, but we cannot guarantee this. If canceled at this stage, a minimum of 70% of the total order amount is deducted. Orders reaching stage 4 cannot be canceled.

Refunds

In cases where we verify an error on our part, we will re-print the order. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Reprint

If an error by our production team is confirmed, we will re-print the entire order at no additional cost.

Returns

The customer must inform us within 4 business days of order delivery about any defects, damage, or missing items in the delivered products. PackFellow will not be responsible for claims not filed within this timeframe.

To receive replacement products, the customer must return at least 99% of the received product (at their expense) within 10 days of the initial order delivery date.

International Buyers Please Note:

  1. Taxes are determined by the buyer’s customs and are not under our control. Different countries have different customs duties, so any tax incurred should be borne by the buyer.
  2. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item’s price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before bidding/buying.

Order shipping and delivery

PackFellow offers the following shipping options:

  • STANDARD – Usually ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.
  • PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 7 to 10 business days.

Products will be shipped within 8 business days following final proof approval.

Damaged and lost packages

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for visible damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Any issues should be reported to PackFellow’s team and the delivery courier immediately. PackFellow will not be responsible for damage or missing items not reported by the customer within 4 business days of delivery. PackFellow is also not liable for 3rd party shipping errors or damaged shipments.
