When can I expect to receive my order?

Production Timeline

Our standard production process begins once we have received payment and approved the artwork. This process typically ranges from 12 to 16 working days. For orders of a larger volume, the production period may extend from 16 to 21 working days. We advise reaching out to us for precise confirmation on your order’s timeline.

Shipping Preparation

After finalizing production and conducting quality assurance, we coordinate with our logistics partners to prepare your order for shipping. The timeframe for your order to be collected and loaded for transportation can vary from 1 to 5 days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Following the loading of your order onto the chosen mode of transport, the estimated delivery times to your specified address are as follows:

• FedEx International Priority: 7 to 15 days
• Air Freight: 7 to 21 days
• Ocean Freight: 26 to 67 days

Please be aware that upon arrival at the destination port, your shipment will undergo customs clearance. Once cleared, it will proceed to the designated warehouse for the final leg of delivery to your address.

Consequently, tracking updates may only appear once your shipment has reached the warehouse.
